Do you have a natural ability to talk to customers professionally – if so, a local company has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative with professional communication and organizational skills working in a fast-paced environment. Duties include assisting customers via phone and email and providing follow-up in a timely manner. A minimum of two years of customer service or call center experience required. Sales or collections experience is preferred.
Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (required to work two late nights/week – 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and will work two Saturdays a month – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. $10.00/hour (no overtime)
