Part-time medical customer service representative(20-25 hours a week). Schedule will require availability to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Primary duties include providing support for respiratory care equipment information and resolving any issues related to customer accounts. Coordinates all patient information, processes paperwork, including preparation of file for billing Candidates must have a minimum of two years of dedicated customer service experience, education/training related to health care, strong medical terminology and excellent communication and problem -solving skills. Experience related to respiratory care and equipment required.
