Established surveying/mapping company in North Carolina with an office in Kinston, NC is currently recruiting for a Civil Designer who is experienced in civil and site design projects in the water resource sector. Specifically stream and wetland restoration as well as stormwater management. The qualified candidate should have experience with projects in water resource engineering including H&H modeling, stream and wetland design, grading, water budgets, and stormwater management. Person must have proven experience in drafting and CADD (AutoCAD Civil 3D) and engineering software to perform modeling, alignments, profiles, grading, map preparation, plans and specifications. Other requirements include B.S. Degree in Engineering and E.I. license. Person must also possess strong communication skills and a valid North Carolina driver’s license and support the company’s vision of providing quality surveying and engineering solutions.
