If you have knowledge of housing programs and have also worked with special need populations, you may be the right candidate for a part-time temporary position working in Hertford, Pasquotank, and Chowan county assisting in the development and implementation of a housing program. Person must have previous experience with Department of Housing and Urban Development and ensuring the viability of grants and a minimum of two years of experience working directly with special populations. A Bachelor’s Degree is also required (human services or related preferred). This position will last from September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019 and will include a large amount of fieldwork in the community. The salary for the position is $14.40/hour and no benefits will be applicable.
