Established company in Greenville, NC, who is focused on excellent customer service, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position will work in a call center that is a high performance, customer-focused, team environment. The position will respond to customer requests and inquiries, account information, determining the most effective resolution to customer accounts. The qualified candidate must be hardworking, positive and posses strong communication (oral and written) skills. The hours will be 40 per week and could potentially work from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Previous customer service experience of a responsible nature is required. Long term TEMP need.
