Immediate need for experienced Utility Technician Assistant(s). These positions are considered long term/contract and will last approximately 12-24 months. Utility Technicians will be responsible for correctly, safely and efficiently locating, flagging and marking underground utilities. Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, and completing the necessary documentation. Set hours will be M-F 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Requirements:
- Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly
- Prior construction/locating experience
- Knowledge of locating equipment
Pre-employment background check and drug screen will be part of the hiring process.
