Experienced maintenance technician is needed to perform resident service requests, turnovers for properties and emergency repairs. Person must work with property manager to ensure timely turnover of vacant units including check-in and check-out inspections. Responsible for 24 hour emergency service as scheduled. Person will also document maintenance and repair information.
Qualified candidate will have prior maintenance experience including plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, and general carpentry skills. Customer service skills and the ability to communicate both verbal and written are required in addition to the possession of a valid NC driver’s license. Graduation from high school is required; completion of a maintenance program through a technical school preferred. Person must have a minimum of two years related experience required and be insurable.
